Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to bring our magical toys to your doorstep:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want every child’s experience with our toys to be perfect. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return

- Product name (e.g., “Fashion Doll – Ballerina Series”)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Return Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
- Packaging instructions
- Ship Your Return
Pack items securely in original packaging with all accessories included. For exchanges, clearly indicate your preferred replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect your return:- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 3-5 additional days for your bank to post the credit.
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 3 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened stuffed animals (including Fairytale Creature Stuffed Animals and Pet Stuffed Animals) unless defective
- Personalized or custom-made dollhouses
- Toddler toys with removed safety tags
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
- For international returns, mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Final sale items (if any) are clearly marked on product pages
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
