At Wild Republic Store, we want every child’s experience with our toys to be as magical as intended. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our baby dolls, dinosaur plushies, or dollhouses, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened stuffed animals (including our Fairytale Creature Stuffed Animals and Pet Stuffed Animals) unless they arrive defective. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
- Instructions for packaging your return
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please pack items securely in their original packaging and include all accessories. For exchanges, clearly indicate which item you’d like instead.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 3-5 additional days for your bank to post the credit.
- Exchanges: Shipped via your original shipping method within 3 business days of approval.
Important Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
- For international returns, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked on product pages
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:

- Personalized or custom-made dollhouses
- Toddler toys with removed safety tags
